Strict Pickup Window: All pre-orders must be collected from your selected pickup location during the specified date and time window chosen at checkout (Saturday, Aug 1st from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Fairfield West OR Sunday, Aug 2nd from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Social Sunday @ Cha and Zaks). Because our items are baked fresh and perishable, any orders not collected by the end of the pickup window will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or held.
No Cancellations or Refunds: As ingredients are sourced and prep begins immediately when pre-orders close, all sales are final. No refunds, date swaps, or order changes can be made after Tuesday, July 28th at 11:59 PM.
Allergy Disclaimer: Our kitchen handles premium, high-quality ingredients including tree nuts (pistachios, macadamias), dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we take the utmost care with hygiene and cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are completely allergen-free.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up?
We offer both!
For our monthly menu drops, we have designated local pick-up locations as well as fresh courier delivery options across our service areas.
For custom catering and wholesale cafe orders, we coordinate scheduled direct deliveries straight to your venue or storefront to guarantee maximum freshness.
I run a cafe. Can I get a wholesale sample pack?
Absolutely! We love partnering with local stockists who value premium quality.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
Because our thick-stuffed cookies and handcrafted cinnamon rolls are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, and nuts, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
